One hook and one hook only…

Sure, my legal pad list is getting monstrous with a multitude of hooks, and we are mid week for the official longer rant list release, and I might do that tonight still, but we are on the cusp of a Game 7 for the World Series, and I am so excited.  Said here the Royals would not go quietly into the night, and they haven’t.  I am not saying a 2nd inning 7 run total is possible all the time against the quality Giants.  What I am saying are some facts and some opinions.  Do I worry about Madison Bumgarner being a BACKUP for the quality Tim Hudson in the bullpen tonight?  Yes.  Do I worry about how the running of the Royals was shut down for most of the first 5 games?  Yes.  Do I worry about postseason experience?  Yes, but we are kind of past that point now.  Do I stick with my big four for the Royals of depth, defense, bullpen, speed?  Yes, and throw in a bigger ONE of home field advantage in the mix.  Have I heard a team FEED off their crowd more than the Royals?  Not recently.  Maybe those Angels years back.  Listen.  We know we may not have the best two teams in baseball at the end of the day, but that is the system of baseball and not these teams why we ended up with two wildcard teams.  It is like saying Huey Lewis and the News were the best band on earth in 1985, the last time the Royals were here.  Huey beat the system that existed.  One of these teams will also.  I think the Royals get a couple runs on Hudson, the Giants brings Bumgarner who will shut them down a little.  4-3, 4-2 going into the last inning.  You can hate baseball and you should still watch this game.  This is like living in a world where we didn’t how hard we would laugh at our generation by having two, not just one Wham songs in the final top three Billboard list for 1985.  This is awesome stuff. Go, freaking Royals.  Let’s get it on like 1985.  Boom goes the dynamite.  That is all for today.  Peace.

By the way.  Think they want to win.  Did you see Infante PLOW through the stop signal last night when they were already winning big.  The crowd doesn’t even let them STOP running.
