Thoughts for the day…daily blog template first draft is 18 days away.

1. A good day is whenever you beat out the Evil Empire Bama and Michigan in recruiting, and UGA snagging the #2 recruit today was a big win.  Now they just need a QB to protect and they are all set.
2. Of COURSE Mr. Chapman says he was wrongly used as a closer by Maddon…now that he is on the Evil Empire.
3. Aside from a very occasional college sexual assault at a college bar, the Steelers run a very tight ship.  VERY easy to be a fan of the methods of the Rooneys.  So, because of that paradigm, you get players like Bell saying to the media that he isn’t worried at all about the contractual situation with the Steelers.  LOVE it.  He will be there for quite a long time.
4. No intern still.  Looking at resumes this weekend.  Until I hire someone, please excuse grammatical errors.  I am a one man band.
5. Those Minnesota football bench players must be REALLY pumped about their bowl game.
6. Last night was my first time watching the Rams in a full game.  Synopsis?  Wow, they are really, really bad.  Maybe that middle school comment by Gurley IS on point.
7. And I had no problem with the reckless coaching style by interim guy, but the DESIGN of the play on the reckless call each time to go for it…was NOT quality.
8. I got so mad at missing the over in that game that I bet an over in the NBA late game…and won.

11. Scary that you could have taken Winthrop plus 107 points against the Baylor’s women’s basketball team the other night…and lost.
12. Very rarely am I this organized for Lindsey’s Christmas presents this year, but got three from her list, three out of my head, one original hammer gift, and then will get something from The Artesian Center in Cherry Creek this weekend.  Boom.
13. Guys, trust me.  Lexington Avenue dresses and The Artesian Center in Cherry Creek.  Those places will solve problems for you.  Oddly, I was happy enough with my gifts to NOT to Lexington, but just passing along to you all to pay a smart idea forward.
14. I still am not ready to talk to my phone no matter how accelerated phones are these days.  I will stick with just yelling at the chick who gives me bad directions when I travel.
15. I did NOT go to Lupe Fiasco last night, but thought about it heavily.  Reason why I didn’t?  11pm start time?  Ummmm.  Not on a school night.
16. Another weekend, and #twocatmark has another sick cat.  Vet again tomorrow.  Ugghhh.  Little one this time.
17. Cool.  Whether you buy into the whole Amazon Echo thing or not (or are like me and not even sure what it is), Wynn Casinos will have that thing in hotel rooms in 2017.  That guy is always thinking in between making billions.

19. Still working on the guts to tell Lindsey’s parents the Steelers play DURING Christmas dinner…not sure about the resolution of this, but I know I will be sticking to my guns as much as possible.
20. Like father, like son.  Torii Hunter, Jr. will pursue baseball instead of football coming out of Notre Dame.  Smart.
21. 24. I would love to comment on some story about BAMTech, League of Legends, MLB, and RiotGames, but, to be honest, I have no idea what they were talking about.  I need a flow chart and maybe I will read it and understand it.
