1. Greetings and salutations, people.  Thanks for coming aboard (the boat).  There aren’t enough hours in the day, so we need to do a speed version as I don’t know what will be going on tomorrow (well, I know Game of Thrones and Silicon Valley).  Going to see some Big Wonderful thing (I am obviously not in charge of that part of day) and then I am finding a TV pronto for the Blackhawks-Ducks game.  One sentence per hook while Lindsey is getting her hair done, and since I have NO idea how long of time that takes, I will add pictures if there is time.  Let’s move.
2. I think that the first Lightning goal against Lundqvist was so weak and demoralizing that it set up the prettier second goal.
3. NOT getting to any explanation of my NBA top 5 today.
4. I wonder if I will get a new car before or after something blows up from the very many recalls I receive monthly.
5. As we have a basketball break and hockey can’t play ALL the time, I am watching more baseball and still can’t believe the list they ran down the other night of best pitchers to never win a Cy Young.
6. There are names on that list that are downright disturbing.
7. .251 and 10 HR’s indicate to me Ryan Howard is finally giving a LITTLE effort coincidentally before the trade deadline…so he can go piss off some other team.
8. Why is Arby’s the only fast food chain with a million different sauces to choose from?
9. INCREDIBLE article in ESPN Mag this month about the onslaught of pitchers over hitters in the last years.
10. The Demon Kitty oddly loves showers, has gray hair already, does not like when I hiss BACK at him, plays with all of his toys so I am getting my money’s worth, is personable, and still in training to fight Floyd Mayweather.
11. Seriously, the cat will sit there and spar with me like we are actually boxing.
12. I think I saw the first LeBron-Curry commercial the other night…first of many in the next 4-5 days.
13. I am waiting to pick a winner of that series until seeing how the health of Kyrie and Klay turns out.
14. As I have mentioned 1000 times at least in this blog, I see everyone worrying about Nadal’s game pre-Roland Garros was for nothing and people should have been listened to me.
15. He is rolling through people, and it is a TRAVESTY Djokovic and him have to play so early in the draw.
16. Lindsey turned on Hunger Games the other night, I got interested, she then didn’t watch it anymore, and I stayed and watched the whole damn thing as my personality can’t turn something off I am invested in.
17. The question idea for money for this blog has merit, will be streamlined, relaunched, and please be patient while I reformat HOW I do it.
18. I let the UVA reunion sneak up on me, I procrastinated, and I only regret Lindsey not seeing one of the most beautiful universities in the world.
19. Speaking of procrastination, I embarrassingly need Panic tickets once again.
20. I also have two Motley Crue tickets to unload if anyone is interested, as there was a scheduling conflict, and cancellation of the other event is impossible.
21. The NBA playoffs are weighted too much on one side, and nice to know the Spelling Bee is having its own problem with repeated co-champs.
22. Scott Skiles can want to be picked for the Magic coaching job on job merit alone, but it is impossible to NOT bring the coolness of him being one of the FIRST Magic.
23. Mercedes, you keep doing your thing on research, but no way in freaking HELL am I letting a car drive me yet.
24. When they DO bring that out to the market, does that mean drunk drivers can just say they weren’t driving?
25. I cry when a dog dies in a freaking movie, and Prince Shembo is now one of my least favorite people in the world.
26. Where the HELL did my Rant Squad go?
27. I guess I better get that back on the list of things to do…picking new members.
28. I didn’t break down the whole flow chart of the FIFA thing, but this Blatter character sounds like a bad news, cocky guy who just gets reelected because of people’s fear or something.
29. Did you hear there was a bomb threat BEFORE the vote?
30. If I am a possible coaching candidate, I am sending, faxing, emailing, tweeting, and Facebooking my resume for the right to coach Anthony Davis for a few years.
31. I went to the local piano bar the other night and they had TABLETS, I was extremely offended by this technology, and they have to understand half the fun and brilliance of those people is when they DON’T fully know a song.

39. I am writing this with the New Radicals CD on in the background, and NO idea HOW these guys bowed out after one CD.
40. This will be unedited, as Lindsey said she is on her way home.
41. I think Plush by STP is one of the greatest songs of all time.
42. Reading the story of Doc Ellis doing acid and throwing a no hitter is SUCH an interesting story.
43. LSU is marketing their #1 recruit Ben Simmons and from the film I have seen, he IS that good.
44. Kobe said the next season is his last “with the Lakers,” so does that mean he is going to pull a Kevin Willis and play until he is 50 (probably to try and catch Kareem).
45. The Denver area I notice is NOT covering this Antonio Smith story much, as they shouldn’t.
46. I get sad reading about how Jameis Winston is working hard, playing well, and impressing coaches.
47. Someone give that man is salary in ones and THEN let’s see what happens.
48. And for the 1500th time since before the playoffs began (and actually the season if you read my old stuff), the Blackhawks will win the freaking Stanley Cup.
49. If I am a guy who is named The Mayor at a college that is now preseason top 5 for the next year for the first time in a long time, I am STAYING.
