Catch of the Day.

The Warriors will win tonight, although I would LOVE to see a different look in their eyes before they wake up in Golden State this weekend down 3-1.  So, of ALL the strategies we could discuss if I had more time, what is the ONE most important SINGLE thing each team has to do to win.

It seems pretty odd to say, but LeBron needs to continue to be inefficiently efficient.  By that I mean he needs to continue to be aggressive and shoot too much, as that is allowing the role players to do what they do.  Pick up the pieces and make second shots.  Continue to isolate yourself, drive, and do whatever, LeBron.  It is working.

For the Warriors, and BESIDES playing David Lee more, they need to get Curry SPACE.  Cleveland is playing a type of defense where secondary defenders are picking up Steph in space until the primary catches up.  The OTHER Warriors need to get their man as far from Steph as possible MORE of the time and let him do his thing.  As the game wears on, Steph will have options to kick it to open players trying to adjust.  Figure out SOMETHING, Steve Kerr.  You are looking like an idiot right now, and being outcoached by LeBr errrrrrr Dave Blatt.

LINE:

“Steal.”

As in, NOW it is time for the Blackhawks to steal a game at Tampa, and I think they will.  Last night, their situational stars played a part in both goals.  Tampa has issues between the pipes.  Halfway to the needed amount of wins, the seasoned guys will rise up.  Chicago didn’t have to chase the lead last night, and the results showed what can happen when they can resolve the aggressive forechecking of Tampa.  I said it before and I will say it again.  Blackhawks in 6 IN one of the Original Six cities.

SINKER:

“Slump.”

Not really a full on slump, but a BAD couple days.  First, the Mets get no hit by a 27 year old rookie.  LAST night, Harvey allows THREE home runs after his team gives him the early lead.  Bad news.  Harvey is 1-3 with a 7.20 ERA in his last four starts.  Can’t get WORSE I suppose.
