Steve Smith has been disliked at times in his career.  Whether it was an action or verbal, he has had some moments.  What can’t be disputed is what he has accomplished.  He has announced he will be walking away from the game after this season.  Speak to his stats and he is one of the best, but take in account his 5’9″ frame and those stats become immaculate.  He is fiery, which is probably a reason WHY he has achieved what he has.  But, on the flip side, he is retiring for his family life, and still gives shoes to the homeless every week.  You are a solid player, dude, and father, Steve.  You may be a Raven, but I might quietly be rooting for your success this year when not playing the Steelers.

LINE:

“Eight.”

Eight in a row and 9 out of 10, the Blue Jays are tearing it up right now.  When they got the final pieces at the trade deadline, people acknowledged on paper they looked pretty good.  No one expected it to come to fruition THIS fast though.  On the flip side, I am proud to announce my Phils are finally NOT in last place in their division.  Not a bad run for a team rebuilding now.

SINKER:

“Injuries.”

Not liking how this Patrick Kane situation is shaping up in the least.  Looks like alleged victim had injuries and went straight to hospital.  Not looking better for sure.
