Manny Pacquiao’s side has agreed to terms, including the drug testing element that stopped this thing before, with Mayweather’s party for the fight on May 2nd.  Let’s get this done.  I am tired of getting excited and be let down.  Sorry for Mr. Alvarez, and him getting docked from his homeland Cinco de Mayo weekend date for a fight, but you should have taken out Money while you could, buddy.

HOOK 2:

UK trounced Missouri.  UK is good unless you have been living in a bubble for the last 6 months, and it is a shame that when UK “lets up” on you, they just throw their other McDonald’s players at you.  If you replace Poythress with the 11th guy on the bench outside of each original platoon, I guess that means he is throwing that 12th guy at you, who I assume is not too shabby himself.

UVA trounced Clemson.  UVA is boring, but very good.

Ohio State trounced Michigan.  OSU will end up being a scary #4 seed or so, and Michigan plays in a good, seasoned system with no heart.

KU beat Oklahoma State.  Oklahoma State will end up a tourney team as an #8 seed or so, and KU will do the Bill Self thing they do every year, grow, and be a scary out in the tourney.  Distant memory will be that whipping by Kentucky at the beginning of the year.

LINE:

“Mo.”

Stopping a ten game losing streak, pretty much personally, here was the stat line for Mo Williams last night.  Sick.

SINKER:

“Shove.”

I think it was a little more of “don’t get a technical” and more “this is MY team,” but that is neither here nor there.  James comes back, scores 33, JR Smith even got on fire for a bit, and the Cavs still lose.  Enjoy your Buckeyes for the time being, Ohio folks.

Ray Lewis says Tuck Rule is the only reason we know who Tom Brady is.  Come on.

Calgary Flames’ Johnny Gaudreau is seeking personal trademark for “Johnny Hockey.”  Not saying 32 points in 42 games is BAD, but ugghhh.

Miami gave Duke its second loss AT Duke.  Listen, everything I have read today comments on Duke’s problems, and blowouts aren’t their thing, granted.  But, I think if we isolate the situation away from their last loss, and took in account the 2 OT loss to UVA, MAYBE this is like 30% on Duke and 70% because Miami is a decent team.  This is a sinker though, because it usually doesn’t happen this bad and DEFINITELY NOT at their own crib.  Coach K has the talent, and the freshman will grow up during league play.
