HOOK:

This might be old news by the time you read this, but whatever. Cardale Jones will announce his decision very shortly (like in less than two hours). I think he should jump. Unless he REALLY likes college life (which I am sure will be even more stellar after the last three games…ONLY three games actually). Here is the thing. We don’t know what Braxton Miller plans to do, and he is the front runner to be a starter if he stays. Barrett pretty much blazed his own trail being the new starter and winning. Then, you have Jones. He played three relatively flawless games, won a conference championship and a national championship. He can skyrocket in the draft by his measurables. He can also be a legend who gets drafted after three starts. Do it up, bro. You risk wearing a headset for a couple more years otherwise.
HOOK 2: Does the Bronco coaching list lack a certain luster in the choices? Not that boring is bad, but not really impressed when you are revisiting names like Mike Shanahan and Gary Kubiak.
HOOK 3: The Atlanta Hawks have won TEN straight. Talk about the Leastern Conference all you want (as I frequently do), ten straight is ten straight. Mind you that four straight wins were against the Blazers, Clippers, Grizzlies, and the suddenly formidable Pistons. I don’t love their roster for a deep run in the playoffs, but I give them respect for their streak without a doubt.
LINE:

I would be very scared of the Pats right about now. Not only are they…the Pats, but they are being extra nice in the media. “Luck has no weaknesses.” “Everyone has a right to their opinion.” They are being sweet, gentle, and taking the high road. There might be an ass-whipping this week, and something tells me that the Hoodie WANTS the Seahawks.
SINKER:

Hey, Rex. I know you had fun chugging beers with Jim Kelly, announcing this is your last job in life, and saying you will make the playoffs. Ease off the mic, bro. There is something going on called the NFL playoffs. You will have MORE than your due time to be the media circus you are.
