McCullum is presently playing Sri Lanka in a Wolrd Cup battle and they are setting records on the Watch ESPN app.  This is amazing, people.  Tune in…ok…that is enough.  Just kidding.  I have no idea what is going on.  The closest thing to my knowledge of Cricket is when it was on Rules of Engagement.  

-Peyton says he is ok, and since I live in Denver, I thought I would pretend to be a homer and say “Yay!”  In all seriousness and with everyone’s health concerns, the Broncos need to give him the official green light.  His stats rocked last year, and when he DID slump, one primary reason was that Julius Thomas wasn’t in the lineup.  I am breathing a sigh of relief if I am a Broncos fan.  Give the guy one more year, postseason record or not.  He would still go into next season as one of the best three QB’s in the NFL.  Most NFL teams would die for that luxury.

LINE:

Now we know.  If we ask him who the best player in the league is, it is HIM according to James Harden.  Classic.  Maybe or maybe not, and you have to like his confidence.  It would hit home a little more if he would have sniffed a title, but presently, he kind of IS right now.  We all know it is Durant or James, but that is neither here nor there.

SINKER:

Isn’t the NBPA President supposed to NOT be the best player in the NBA?  Shouldn’t they be a serviceable backup or a veteran on a subpar team who can spend time without caring taking care of his colleagues??  Just saying.

-Shut up, Josh Scobee.  Maybe you would be even a better kicker if you didn’t golf so much.  Impressive you qualified for the US Open in 2010, but talking trash to Tiger is NOT the right path…especially when you do it TWICE.  

That is it.  Lindsey is being the cool girl she is by letting us do the V-Day dinner thing on the 13th, when everyone is not out.  She has the dinner present, got flowers at work today (which they apparently think is really, really cool (she knows I think VDay is silly)), will get a thoughtful gift tomorrow, got the present of me not needing to watch ONE bball game tomorrow (which I personally think is the BEST gift), and we will go ice skating for $2 each on 16th Street Mall tomorrow afternoon with a DJ playing where I will try not to run over any kids because although I can skate forward, I can’t stop without a wall.
