This Cleveland-Chicago series is plain old fun. You have a push on the big guys with both Kevin Love and Pau Gasol being out, Derrick Rose oddly healthy (well, at least from the waist down), then Rose gets a hurt wrist and plays through it, a couple buzzer beaters, LeBron being more aggressive (and making us think “what if he was THIS aggressive ALL the time?”), Mike Dunleavy being a game changer for a ten minute span, Dellevedova getting away with clamping Gibson’s legs together after a face shot and somehow getting GIBSON kicked out of the game, Kyrie’s injury, Noah’s being whiny as usual, Jimmy Butler trying to ascend to the next level, the Bulls O looking for five minutes like it is unstoppable and then five minutes like it won’t score at all, etc. Great stuff, and I won’t be surprised if the Bulls sneak out Game 6 at home to push this to 7 games.
As far as the other game, Game 6 is HUGE to the Clippers organization. EVERY team has to “learn” how to close out a series early when they have the chance. The Kobe-Shaq Lakers I think were 2-8 in their early close out games before running the next 7 series close outs. The Clippers seem to love going to Game 7 in their series the last few years. They can’t this time. They missed a chance in Houston, but the next one, IN LA, they MUST close out.
SIDE NOTE: Would be nice if the Clippers-Rockets could have a CLOSE game at some point, also.

Not splitting the atom over here, but it is out that Allen Iverson is basically broke. the Answer might be in dire straits, but I am hearing if he can figure out a way to make it to 2030, Reebok planned on a $30 million trust fund that can’t be used until that year. 15 years probably sounds like a long road being a millionaire again though. Best of luck, Allen. Check under the mattress again, and know that ON the floor, you were one of my guys. Off the floor, you AND Isiah Thomas didn’t exactly light it up in the positive column.
Damn. I just looked up and realized this Catch is all bball.
