On the clock.  Not an airplane rant. Not a speed version, but it will be expedited.  And, for work, I will be off the next two days.  I will miss you all.  I really will.  Let’s turn and burn.

1. Greetings and salutations, people.  Thanks for coming aboard (the boat).  I will blog while I fight off this heart attack that might happen, which happened right after Perrantes and Brogdon (UVA guards) just ran into each other and there was blood all over the floor.
2. London is my boy, and the only Compton blood UVA has ever had.
3. Justin Anderson is out already.
4. Breathe DEEPLY, Mark.
5. We are down one. I need a hug.
6. JJ, mild pops. More basketball stress than pops.
7. At least I am learning about who is on the bench for UVA.
8. I have taken deep breaths and am doing better.  Quick hitter.  Need to clear my list as I am off the grid until Wednesday.
9. Deep breaths. Let’s rant.
10. One more second.  Why the HELL did the guy replacing Perrantes just fire up a 25 footer????
11. I won’t wait until I get an answer. Breath, Mark.  I can do this.
12. Perrantes is back on the bench. I am better now.
13. NASCAR just turns left.  Every year, I turn on the last 20 laps of the event.  The only FULL race I have seen is the race where Dale, Sr. died.  Not lying.  I watched that shit.  Anyway, glad to know that two things let me down once again this weekend.  A) the snow (too cold for big flakes) and B) Daytona 500.  
14. Sullinger was such a great college player. I was sad he is out for season AGAIN.  Just a great bball player who is 2 inches too short to be a PF and 5 inches too short to be a C.  GREAT skills though.  
15. I know who Vince Lombardi is, I know his stats, and I know his $.58 sweater sold for $43k. But, when I hear his name, I still think of Valvano’s speech.
16. They just played the Duke loss highlights.
17. I am confused as to how the Kendrick Perkins to the Cavs has been on the wire for this long. He is not exactly a 20 and 10’er.  
18. He SHOULD be though.
19. In case you care, Mariota ran a 4.52 40 and Winston wan a 4.97. This makes sense as one is fast and one is more rugged.    I just want Winston to do ONE more thing dumb.
20. Well, we NOW know that DeMarco Murray’s carries will decrease next year, because although Jerry isn’t on the sidelines, he really is.
21. If you are like me and trying to find out paradigms that dictate that UK is not THAT good, watch the first half of the UK-Auburn game this weekend.
22. Just do yourself a favor and A) play me at pool for fun or B) don’t get depressed when you lose. I made a total of 5 bank shots (including one cross back on the 8 for the game) in three games last night.  
23. If anyone knows of a place to rent in Cap Hill or Uptown, hit me up. I have a good friend who doesn’t want a roommate but wants to move….soon.
24. Perrantes is not playing, but I have noticed that since he came back to the bench, they have gotten a good lead.
25. Know your metabolism and understand it. I know that when I go to a full buffet, I have to eat a large plate of spaghetti an hour before we go.  If I am starving, I eat four bites.  If I am semi-hungry only, I can knock some stuff down.
26. Either way, I need to eat in one hour.
27. As president of the Kevin Costner is not so bad still club, I am glad that the critics are saying this McFarland movie might be a good one.  
28. Something about long distance runners…which is kind of what Costner’s career has been, right?  
29. I LOVE Kevin Costner, personally.  
30. Can we pen in Sean Penn in for next year’s Best Actor award? I would give it to him off the previews alone.  
31. His arms are still HUGE.
32. This weekend was a disappointment. It was too cold for big snow flakes.  9 inches is a pansy effort, snow clouds.
33. UVA is going to pull this out. I am better now.
34. I am so confused to what the deal with Kyle Busch is, and I have no interest, time, or effort to look it up. I might have even confused NASCAR drivers in one of my last couple rants, but I don’t care.
35. Anthony Davis will be fine, folks. Young, and minor injury, and just going to get MUCH better.  Highest PER since Wil the Stilt, folks.  That is no joke.  
36. JUST as I am talking about Utah being a player in the tourney, they get smoked by a subpar Oregon team.  Confused.
37. Sad day for me. Anyone who passes A.I. at anything I get sad about.  LeBron just passed him in scoring.  
38. Say what you will.  That man might have been hungover, but he came to PLAY every day.  AND the best PG since Isiah.  AND he shouldn’t even have made it at all.  Don’t remember him for bringing down his 30 pts per game average in the last waning years.
39. Bochy, you are ok. Glad to hear it.  No one has done more with less than you in ANY sport.
40. Smoke a little pot, win a thousand medals at the Olympics, and you are on the path to marry a hot chick. Congrats, Mr. Phelps.  
41. Once again, WHEN is this cricket shit done? We could have one more good story a day if this thing was done.
42. Lindsey was going to dinner and asked me if I would miss her. I said yes, and said I wouldn’t watch the Oscars without her (I already submitted my picks on some dumb online form she made me do).  I then added, that when girls leave a guy, they just do all of the things that irritate girls the most when absent.  I actually listed the 8 things, but thought I would delete it as this is a public post.  
43. Read my blog in October-November. I said straight up that UL’s best player, Chris Jones, was NOT the PG to lead them to the promised land.  Whether I was right or wrong, we will never find out.  Rick told him to hit the bricks.
44. I find it hard to believe in an era when RB’s are hard to find that the Seahawks will let Lynch go anywhere else.
45. The Bucks can waive Larry Sanders A) because he is an idiot and B) because they MASTERED the trade deadline.
46. I switched over to Transformers.  I am still not clear if I am too old to look at this picture.  
47. Top 5.  Halle Berry, Rhianna, Scarlett, Charlize, Megan.
