1. Greetings and salutations, people. Thanks for coming aboard (the boat).  I am sure some of you would be curious to read the blog after a bachelor party in Vegas, but you probably will be let down. I forgot to write down a lot or take pictures.  Let’s move.
2. Some people use the bachelor party to do something different and let go-I just used it as leverage for Vegas.  I have had a fun life already for the most part.
3. I thought about doing my bachelor party in some other way, but then decided there is a reason everyone does it in Vegas.
4. Normalcy happens when a game is coming on in a few minutes and I don’t know what the point spread is.
5. I only left with one betting ticket from Vegas and it is 5-1 on UVA to win it all.  Makes sense to me.  
6. I just saw a movie preview for Criminal, can’t believe I hadn’t heard about it, and am now intrigued and slightly excited.  
7. He has some bad movies, but I LOVE Kevin Costner.  
8. $1300 on my person entering Las Vegas, and slightly more than that leaving and that includes hotel, cabs, clubs, tables, sportsbook, etc.
9. I call it the “experience” up or down of Vegas.
10. I am watching bball and Lindsey is working on wedding ceremony music. I gave my two cents.  She has found this dirty string version of Sweet Child O Mine so I am good.

18. Knockout pool-I picked not in a totally sane mind Duke, Cuse, and Notre Dame. Kind of glad right now two of those have already advanced, because pretty sure I reached a little bit on those picks.  In my present more normal mind, I think I would have gone a little more chalk picks.

25. Let’s just say I am glad to have made it out of the airport yesterday, taking a night flight from Vegas is a risk, and happened to walk down the wrong corridor and was all by myself for about 15 minutes-weird.  Surreal actually after the three nights in Vegas.

29. In airport, closest I came to feeling like I am Legend.  
30. Being in a sports book watching OU up 14 with a spread of 13.5 was classic, as the score kept going 12, 14, and then 12 again and the place was nuts.  Cerk said it was his favorite sportsbook moment.

33. Neither is String Cheese Incident when you happen to notice they are playing on the way to the High Roller.  
34. I was asked where Cheese would be all time as far as seeds in hippy bands, and I said they would be Michigan State. A #2 seed that should be a one that lost in first round.
35. I am glad to sleep through the first half of the Nova game this morning, as that thing was over QUICKLY.
36. Nova will not win this thing though.
37. Kind of like this OU game I am watching-getting out of hand (on editing, game was close).
38. Feeling pretty good about my UVA-OU Championship game.
39. Don’t read too much into UVA’s close victory over Butler, as most teams can’t destroy Butler. You can beat them, but that was a matchup of two slow playing low scoring teams.  
40. I was just reminded that my CEO scheduled our President’s Club trip for work on Masters weekend. Love you, David, but this will be the first Masters for me in about 20 years where I won’t be on a couch for 5 hours a day.  It is going to be tough though.  Cancun is probably cool though.

42. I think I would have made out fine doing games one by one, but definitely think the Friday parlay got me going the right direction. Not really needing to be said was I accidentally bet the wrong direction on one of the parlay teams.  Talk about a fluid change of opinion that helped me out.  
43. For the most part, I love KU fans as they aren’t overly abrasive, and they are very knowledgeable for the most part.
44. I leave for a few days and come back to New England having two monster tight ends again. Hope no one kills people on this duo.  
45. These pictures don’t do justice to the fact that I showed up in Vegas, and got a SWEET upgrade to a penthouse suite. A little too small to fit a tiger in though…

49. I think we all knew that Michigan and Tulsa weren’t going anywhere.
50. I think we needed the Monmouth bench in this tourney.  
51. Now that I am back, I realize I have a new car, and therefore probably should get rid of my present car, Eleanor.
52. My brackets are so intact that I haven’t looked at them nor torn them up in the last couple days.
53. My buddy Rob came in just for Friday night, and I miss him saying “That’s fair” to most things.  Solid dude.
54. Without getting into the classic USC-UVA left tickets story, let’s just say I did it again…never trust me to be the holder of ANY ticket for anything. Things worked out.  They were under the chair back at the penthouse and the rest of the guys just missed an hour of the show.
55. I just spent the most amount of time at a hotel without even walking OUTSIDE in the pool area.

57. I will always remember where I was for the UNI final shot, and I guess get ready to see that thing for years to come.

59. I really like Caesar’s for some reason. Just a magnetic pull for me.
60. Plus, who doesn’t like a place that has an Earl of Sandwich.  1762 ALL day long.  
61. Someone in my group coined the awesome line on the phone of “I just got done day drinking all day.”
62. Many surprising things happened in the last couple of days, but still think MSU is my most surprising thing. Never saw that coming and very glad I didn’t put a bet on it.

67. Watch this year is the year that Duke keeps advancing, with what I think is the worst team in years for them, along with a skeleton bench.  
68. I am tough, and I COULD have made it through another night in Vegas, but glad I didn’t go that route.  Day on the couch has been nice.
69. I will remember that when Scott asks what I want from a grocery shopping trip to pay more attention.  His grocery trip included no breakfast burritos and the day he ordered breakfast burritos to the room, they had beans.  I hate beans.
70. High seed, pick upsets.  Low seed?  Advance them.  Crazy.  That is the story of the Cuse.
71. I thought Dayton would knock them out pretty easily.  One of my losses on the weekend.
72. TRU TV is not a popular channel in Vegas, so although I was in a penthouse for trip and came back for UVA game in room, I still ended up ordering an HDMI cable from front desk and watching game ghetto style.  Odd.
73. I enjoy CJ2K stories and know the Fins are looking at him, but didn’t he kind of get rescinded of that nickname like a year or two?  
74. I think it is crazy that Lovie Smith is back coaching in college, but think that is a good fit for him and that he could possibly turn that down and out program around. Not like recruits WON’T go to that school.  Was decent at one point…
75. Crazy will be when the Warriors get the NBA all time season win record and still lose to San Antonio in the playoffs.
76. I think 30% of my Little Rock bet was because I heard the head coach broke his hand on the chalkboard in the finals of his conference tourney.
77. Thanks for nothing, Bill Walton-we even included String Cheese in trip.
78. You were probably at that show, right?  
79. Sounds simple, but I think my favorite part of the trip was either walking to the Bellagio fountains and THEN realizing that they were done for night, or all of us playing blackjack early Friday evening on same table.
80. I think that UFC rushed into the Holm and McGregor fights and I think that their next decision for future fights might change the direction of their organization.
81. I agree that Peyton needs a statue with the Colts.
82. I seriously can’t believe I am missing the Masters after all of my research on making sure my wedding missed all sporting events.
83. Not really a complaint about my party, but they kept asking me what I wanted to do and I think they could have had a few more ideas on what our plans were.  I have a lot of flaws, but I actually hate birthdays and other events where I am the center of attention.
84. I was really sad to hear about the Tray Walker story.
85. I have not sung the Bob Christianson song at ALL in the last couple of days.  Not once-sarcastic.  
86. I think about how much I would have walked out with if I had won that Providence bet.  Dammit.
87. If I am a Browns fan, I might need flash cards to remember what players are new and who I released.
88. Pretty sure Gonzaga should be in the tournament and might be Elite 8 bound the way that part of the region is dismantling itself.
89. Ross, do you now understand that we have figured out the correct pronunciation of Gonzaga???
90. Lots of ideas about upcoming games, but also surprised IU took out UK. Thinking we should renew that rivalry in the regular season and not sure why it stopped.

92. I am proud to say I didn’t lose ANYTHING on the trip.  Cords, watch, notebooks, work stuff.  NOTHING.

97. When Michigan State lost, Lee spent 30 minutes helping me out figuring out the line from Independence Day, which was “Gentlemen, let’s plow the road.”

100. Ben spent the first night with me with just us two, and the only person I can talk to where we need an egg timer talking about partying, sports, or anything.   
101. Cerk is just simply the most fun person to hang with in general, and I get how he has to go BACK to Vegas next week for another bachelor party-popular guy.  
102. Scott is Scott, and the best slow white basketball player under 6’ I have ever played with.  
103. Lee is just classic in general and says the most random shit at any point in the conversation. I just remember Friday night him talking about algorithms of Tinder.

105. For my next trip to Vegas, I want to stay at other end of the strip-love Mandalay Bay and New York, New York.
106. I love how Richard Sherman says whatever is on his mind, and Goodell IS just a suit. But, people talked about Jim Rome not playing sports before he became popular.  His career turned out pretty well, and I would have fought Jim Everett on air also in that interview.
