This ends tonight.
Read it, don’t read it, I don’t care…just needed to get some things off my chest.
In no particular order of chronology or importance…
On the clock. No, not an airplane cast. Late afternoon. Semi-speed version. Let’s turn and burn.

- Greetings and salutations, people. Thanks for coming aboard (the boat). Quick one before the weekend.
- Andre Johnson joined the Titans today to continue his journey within his division and he is going to be one incredible trivia question in about 15 years.
- Ohio State got the #2 dual threat QB for 2018, and if I am a QB coming out of high school, I am looking elsewhere from here out. That roster has about 8 QB’s I feel like.
- This was the Major where Dustin Johnson just muttered to himself on Thursday “Whatever. I am marrying the Great One’s daughter.” Dude blew it UP.
- Quite a leaderboard that is building for the PGA Championship. Typically, there is still some crap at the top. You have maybe 3 guys in the top 15 who are out of nowhere. The others are some big names. Jimmy Walker has the game to win this thing, but I have a feeling he will come back a little to the bigger names.
- More on the leaderboard this weekend.
- Ryan Fitzpatrick and the Jets finally figured out the contract situation. The Harvard guy has somehow brainwashed the entire city of New York into thinking he is the next great QB as opposed to a typical journeyman one which he is. How did he do that?
- Maybe those Wonderlic scores ARE important.
- You don’t have to be a Cubs fan. I am not. But MAN has Chapman brought some serious excitement to the end of Cubs games.
- If I had some free time and unlimited access to whoever, I think I would want to listen to Denard Robinson try and explain the pond, his driving, his car, falling asleep, his company, and his delayed wakeup.
- That is great that Martavis Bryant is coaching high school in his year of banishment, but slightly concerned about his proximity to the Strip in Vegas with as much free time as he will have.
- In hearing Melo’s comments on Wade moving to Chicago, I really, really wish that people would stop asking Melo anything at all about anything.
- It is bad enough I have to read articles about him being the face of our OIympic team.
- Pretty sure that if Brandon Marshall wants to challenge Antonio Brown at anything in receiving, he should focus on TD’s. His challenge is on yards presently, and that is a battle I am not seeing him winning.
- That is great that the CFP is moving future playoff games from New Year’s Eve. I still would have liked to be in the room when those Einsteins initially decided to do it in the first place.
- Get better, Craig Sager. We will miss you at the Olympics.
- I was packed and ready to go to get in line for a free Blake Shelton show, but will say my Friday at work has been MUCH productive because I DIDN’T go. Wasn’t sure about saving spots, Lindsey had to work later, a late 9pm show, and very happy I have energy today.
- I personally was surprised when Amare said the Suns weren’t receptive on him retiring with them. Someone is either lying, or his exit from Phoenix was a little more complicated than we all thought.
- My Indian name is Two Cat Mark. Here is the deal. I am a dog guy. My woman gets us a cat for company. We don’t have time to care for a dog at this point. Cat is getting possessive and probably a little lonely. Needs a buddy. Still don’t have time to take care of dog. So, I am about to be owner of TWO cats. How did this happen?
- We had a few drinks and brainstormed female names. I hit a walkoff. She mentioned Charlotte, and damn RIGHT I am fine with a Top Gun reference.
- Breaking the Habit by Linkin Park did not get the accolades it should have in my opinion.
- I am spending today answering as many questions as possible with “this ends tonight” and “I remember everything.”
- I have never had one of my teams leave their city, but I would be very confused if that happened. I have L.A. people suddenly talking about Rams games, and I still ask Browns fans why they aren’t following the Ravens. I need a flowchart.
- Another day, and another trade involving the Padres giving up good players because they had a horrible plan years ago.
- I am actually kind of sad Aldon Smith entered a treatment facility. What kind of trouble is he going to get into there? Escape, Aldon. Text Johnny Football.
- Of course, Joey Bosa didn’t report. I am surprised that guy can even fit through doors.
- Because of his ego and the large head because of that.
- You don’t have to read Deadspin every day, but my favorite thing is happening on there daily and you should at least look for your team’s day. “Why your team sucks” is always worth the read.
- It really irritates me that Control F in Outlook does something totally different than finding a word.
- Finally, my FAVORITE story of this week involves Glen Rice, Jr. THIS is what he was found with after breaking another dude’s jaw and running.
- No prizes, Rudy.
- In our daily Bryan S. segment, the update is…he still owes me $40.
- Off to see Bourne at first evening showing. This ends tonight.
- That’s it for today. Hope you enjoyed or are at least more informed. Will I blog tomorrow? That is a CLOWN question, bro.
