What happened to your mental alarm?

Quick hitter, speed version, as my time this week is limited due work, reception, and other stuff.

1. No editing today-deal with grammatical errors and…sorry.
2. I woke up today and the sun came up right after Steph Curry showed us once again what shooting lights out really was, and all is well in the universe.
3. That being said, think a possible rematch of the Warriors versus a FULLY healthy Cavs team is pretty interesting (sorry, Thunder-not as much as a storyline with you all aside from Durant maybe on his way out)?
4. Sometimes I read so much sports that I catch myself reading literally the results of the first day of OTA’s between Bradford and Wentz…weird.
5. Need to right the ship-no Lindsey activities during Cavs-Raptors games, and activities during Thunder-Warriors nights.
6. Still confused why Grantland even got cancelled in the first place being a successful blog, but I am reading The Undefeated and it is good thus far.
7. Lindsey says she has done almost everything for the wedding and reception, but A) she is the girl who wants things their way B) I am the smart guy allowing that and C) We both know she wouldn’t trust me for important jobs.
8. The SI article on Christian McCaffrey is pretty stellar…find it online.
9. The SI interview with Curt Schilling…is interesting.
10. I still can’t believe how much better sports look on this very, very large TV in my house.
11. Can’t wait to watch the US Open on it in a couple weeks.
12. The Pens are doing to the Lightning JUST what they did in the two previous rounds.
13. Is there a quiz the players have to pass with the OKC Thunder handshakes…they are brutally and amazingly complex at the same time.
14. Khris Davis from the A’s would like you to know A)he is very good and B) his name is spelled with a “k.”
15. So, he must be the Zenmaster, because he circumvented a relationship in Kurt Rambis of a proven coach already, he hired someone on a ghetto coaching search, he hired someone who has not played or taught the Triangle, and he just must be smarter than us.
16. Lack of options, maybe, but Kurt is RIGHT THERE if he wants a stopgap.
17. There is a small part of me thinking the Sixers will NOT pick Ingram and Simmons JUST to show you they “trust the system.”
18. My internet is down so I can’t even look anything up during this cast.
19. Trader Joe’s confuses me on what it is, and whether I am NOT the prime candidate to go there regularly are AM the prime candidate to go there.
20. I need to go there with a buzz sometime to solve this enigma.
21. Not sure how much CU football fans pay attention, but I would be kind of peeved losing the #1 senior QB to Cal in the last week.
22. He IS going to a coach of the Air Raid Coaching Umbrella so you know…so his stats are going to be awesome.
23. So, one week after Bartolo Colon is our hero, we find out he is not paying support to one of his kids?
24. I follow players not teams in the NBA, and I think…I might just become a Minnesota Timberwolves fan for 2016-2017.
25. All of their fans are watching hockey right now-they have room on the bandwagon.
26. The Preakness is almost here, meaning you have another day to wear that silly hat you bought JUST for the Kentucky Derby, ladies.
27. Laith SNUCK in the finals of The Voice after destroying Jimi Hendrix, and my allegiance is still with him.
28. We kind of all know Allisan is winning this thing, although the Nebraska teacher is NOW the official sleeper in the Fillerbuster’s Official The Voice Sleepers Handbook.
29. Selling it for the same price as Tom Brady’s cookbook.
30. Vince would like us to know, and I agree, that getting an invite to the NBA Draft Lottery watching ping pong balls is WAY over some line of demarcation in sports events.
31. Not a follower of the Braves or Erick Aybar, but WILL say that having a chicken bone STUCK in your throat and having to be sedated sounds horrible.
32. I had a Cheerios stuck in my nose when I was 8 watching Inspector Gadget, but they got it out when I was awake and all it did was scare me a little and clog my breathing.
33. So, Frank Vogel gets fired for no reason and then gets hired by a team where a coach left for no reason…sounds about right.
34. In the background, one of my favorite Seinfeld episodes are on, and THAT is saying something…The Hot Tub (have it around #2).
35. Astros, writer’s block, Jean-Paul, and the hot tub.
36. THAT automatically takes over today’s theme if you know me at all…
37. Five star recruit Marques Bolden (#2 center in class) went with Duke over Kentucky, and suddenly Duke has a frontcourt that is pretty big and badass.
38. Weird that the Jags had a first round recruit get injured again this year, but Ramsey’s tear is a SMALL one, not season ending like the last one.
39. Reyes is back at spring training, and just stay away from Hawaii, dude.
40. Federer will miss his first Grand Slam since 1999, and IF I am reading this right, THAT missed tourney was not because of injury and because of an 18 year old qualifying…amazing fitness and upkeep of that guy.
